National Day charters: separate toll exemptions from the trip price

Dates and scope
A national toll-exemption summary republished by Beijing government on November 7, 2025 lists October 1, 2026 at 00:00 to October 7 at 24:00 for small passenger vehicles with seven seats or fewer. Only the national policy is cited here; Beijing traffic arrangements are not applied to Shanghai.
Passengers are not registered seats
Editorial advice: provide passenger and luggage counts and ask the service team to confirm the actual vehicle classification. A larger vehicle carrying fewer people does not become a seven-seat vehicle. A marketing model name alone is insufficient.
Clarify the quote
Tolls, vehicle and driver service, parking and overtime are separate items. Ask which are bundled, which are charged as incurred and how any exemption affects the agreed price. Keep the confirmation; do not deduct an estimated toll amount yourself.
Plan around the journey
For Suzhou, Wuxi, Hangzhou or Xitang, confirm a day trip or overnight stay, stops and the final return address. Allow breaks for children and older travellers. No traffic forecast or guaranteed arrival time is offered here.
Check trips spanning dates
For departures on September 30 or travel extending beyond October 7, confirm each leg and its charging basis. Do not rush to meet a toll deadline. Reconfirm hours and costs if stops or the return plan change.
